Lead Designer

📋 Description

• Creating impactful and well-designed brand materials that resonate with diverse audiences to enhance our visual identity

• Ensuring brand consistency and cohesion across all design outputs, maintaining a unified and recognizable graphic system

• Taking the lead in conceptualizing and executing top-notch design projects that showcase creativity, attention to detail, and a profound understanding of the organization's mission

• Crafting pitch decks, external presentations, and refining staff-created decks

• Managing updates and developing new materials in various editorial layouts and formats

• Designing reports, documents, and other materials for different audiences

• Creating physical branded materials, digital assets, and providing design support for video content

• Developing templates, graphics, and designs for emails and mass mailings

• Establishing unique identities for events and campaigns through design assets

• Designing web pages, features, and event websites

• Contributing to defining visual identity and brand guidelines for new initiatives

• Training staff on utilizing templates and brand resources

• Maintaining an organized library of design projects and assets

• Researching and testing new tools for process optimization

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of design experience across various mediums

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google/Office, Canva, web design, and other digital tools

• Knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, and photo retouching

• Degree in art/design or equivalent work experience

• Creative thinking skills and familiarity with digital and social media trends

• Collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple projects

• Strong storytelling abilities and sensitivity to diversity

• Professional fluency in English
