• The Lead Digital Designer plays a crucial role in creating designs and layouts for various mediums, reporting directly to the Web Manager.

• Engage with both internal and external clients to understand requirements and facilitate the design process.

• Translate design specifications into final deliverables, following project plans and iterative design processes.

• Recommend innovative design approaches and maintain a library of design assets.

• Manage design projects, oversee budgets, and uphold the PSI Style Guide.

• Keep up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Fine Art, Communications, or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge in design usage rights, art budgeting, and production processes.

• Proficiency in digital design and animation tools such as Adobe Create Suite or similar software.

• Skilled in MS Office applications.
