Lead Graphic Designer

📋 Description

• Transform brand and creative directives into engaging and on-brand designs for various campaigns and platforms

• Assist in maintaining the visual identity of HYER across digital marketing platforms, ensuring a consistently high level of creativity

• Collaborate closely with marketing and ecommerce teams, providing valuable visual insights and concepts

• Create designs primarily using Figma, developing scalable assets and systems for multiple channels

• Establish and manage design systems, templates, and component libraries to ensure uniformity and productivity

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce and enhance high-quality visual elements, images, animations, and compositions

• Lead the design of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, paid media, social media, and web platforms

• Ensure seamless adaptation of creative content across different formats while maintaining a cohesive visual narrative

• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and external partners to bring campaigns to fruition

• Assist in creative testing efforts, creating and refining different asset variations for various channels

• Utilize performance data and feedback to make informed creative decisions while upholding brand integrity

• Explore innovative formats, designs, and visual styles to continually enhance the brand's creative expression

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience with a strong emphasis on digital, brand, and consumer marketing

• Demonstrated track record of operating at a Lead or Senior Designer level, overseeing creative execution and standards

• Proficiency in Figma for digital design and collaboration

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop (knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign is a plus)

• Successful experience designing for multiple marketing channels such as email, paid media, social media, web, and ecommerce

• Strong creative judgment in areas like typography, layout, color, imagery, and composition

• Ability to balance creative vision with speed, iteration, and real-world limitations
