Lead Motion Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate in the creation of storyboards, mood boards, and design frames

• Research and implement effective design techniques for producing motion graphics

• Develop captivating animations that resonate with the target audience and meet project goals

• Oversee the entire process of creating short-form videos for various projects

• Generate content and assets for diverse media platforms, including social media and web

• Take proactive approaches to deliver innovative solutions on projects

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while exploring creative boundaries

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to craft strategic and impactful video content

• Design original visuals that effectively convey intended messages to clients

• Coordinate production needs, such as voiceovers and music, and provide final approvals

• Strong portfolio showcasing completed motion graphic projects

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and other leading motion graphics design software

• Eagerness to explore new technologies and platforms for motion content creation

• Exceptional visual and conceptual skills for problem-solving and innovation

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Analytical mindset to integrate designs into a multi-channel strategy

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field

• Proficiency in character animation and Java for After Effects

• Experience in 3D motion graphics
