• Establish design foundation interaction patterns, UI standards, and design systems for Bizee, along with UX principles guiding each squad.
• Create platform flows for onboarding, Company Profile, business management, workflows, and service activation.
• Develop Bizee’s AI UX layer for assistive and generative interactions aiding entrepreneurs in taking clear and trustworthy actions.
• Simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences like rules engines, automation triggers, document workflows, and multi-step tasks.
• Manage the customer journey experience ensuring consistency throughout acquisition, activation, engagement, and long-term value realization.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to deliver usable, scalable experiences through rapid iterations.
• Foster a culture of design excellence with rapid prototyping, user insights, usability testing, and iterative development.
• Work with Brand & Content teams to align storytelling, voice, and experience for a unified product identity.
• Minimum 8 years of product design experience focusing on interaction design, systems thinking, and complex workflows.
• Proven track record in designing AI-powered or automation-driven products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating work in platform UX, zero-to-one projects, or multi-surface design.
• Ability to transform ambiguity into clarity and complex systems into elegant, intuitive flows.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and data teams in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Customer-centric mindset with skills in user research, rapid prototyping, and fostering clarity within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent visual and interaction instincts combined with strategic product judgment.
