Lead Product Designer, Assurance

📋 Description

• Lead early discovery initiatives, utilizing insights to develop roadmaps and collaborate with a team to bring them to fruition

• Identify key challenges, conduct and analyze research, create prototypes, and design high-fidelity visuals

• Establish credibility with cross-functional partners, engage in regular collaboration, and involve them in research and co-creation activities with team and customers

• Deliver compelling presentations, effectively communicate project narratives, and develop prototypes that clearly convey design reasoning

• Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow designers, focusing on addressing critical customer needs, obstacles, and opportunities

• Consider the broader impact of your work beyond team objectives and explore ways to influence the efforts of other teams

• Shape the strategic direction and design of significant initiatives within a product, program, or large-scale strategic endeavor

• Translate ambiguous business requirements into customer-centric solutions

• Conduct workshops, sketching sessions, and prototyping activities, and develop resources that facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and delivering products within cross-functional teams, spanning from strategy development to product delivery

• Impressive portfolio showcasing case studies and prototypes

• Familiarity with networking domain or related fields is advantageous

• Background in working on complex B2B enterprise products

• Proficiency in UX methodologies and tools such as double-diamond, personas, journey mapping, dual agile, lean UX, and prototypes

• Proven track record of launching large-scale enterprise products

• Ability to oversee both strategic vision and intricate details, simplifying complex problems and processes

• Demonstrated experience in balancing strategic research and product delivery

• Strong storytelling and influencing skills

• Previous experience in leading and mentoring junior UX designers
