Lead Product Designer - B2B Products

📋 Description

• lead end-to-end design for products, from ideation and conceptualization to detailed UX/UI design, prototyping, and final production

• collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and create intuitive user interfaces

• facilitate design critiques and workshops to foster a feedback culture and ensure design quality

• own the product design strategy and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of design vision

• work with user researchers to conduct usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and business objectives

• develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts and solutions

• design and refine visual systems and patterns that can scale across platforms and devices

• create high-fidelity designs and work with developers to ensure a smooth and high-quality implementation of designs

• stay up to date on design trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure that our products maintain a competitive edge

• advocate for user-centric design by conducting empathy exercises, leveraging data and user feedback, and delivering an exceptional product experience

• contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across the company’s product portfolio

• mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and promoting a culture of creativity and collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 7 years of experience in product design

• experience working on consumer-facing products, with a portfolio demonstrating strong design expertise across mobile and web platforms

• proficiency in industry-standard design tools

• strong understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and typography

• ability to translate complex problems into simple, elegant solutions

• experience conducting and incorporating user research and usability testing into design iterations

• excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user experience

• familiarity with front-end development concepts
