• Minimum 8 years of product design experience encompassing web or mobile platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in designing intricate workflows and shaping comprehensive user journeys
• Proficient in driving design strategy and aligning teams towards a common vision
• Portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful, user-centric work, especially in large-scale design projects
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools
• Experience in mentoring designers and enhancing design practices
• Strong storytelling and communication abilities
• Comfortable transitioning between rapid iteration and refined craftsmanship
