⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of product design experience focusing on complex or enterprise-level software

• Proficiency in end-to-end UX/product design to create impactful solutions for challenging issues

• Passion for storytelling and the ability to bring design direction to life through compelling narratives

• Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives, market viability, and technical feasibility

• Strong facilitation and cross-functional collaboration skills, demonstrated by integrating the efforts of multiple teams, gathering and synthesizing feedback, and facilitating design discussions to drive company-wide outcomes

• Experience with design systems, identifying common components necessary to support various customer use cases

• Experience in measuring success using qualitative and quantitative methods

• Experience in enhancing processes and methodologies to enhance product development
