• Proven experience in product design, leading impactful initiatives successfully (we value experience over titles, seeking true experts for our team)
• Specialization in designing consumer-oriented mobile and web products, particularly in subscription-based sectors like femtech, health & wellness, education, or self-improvement
• Impressive portfolio with at least 2 detailed case studies demonstrating strategic problem-solving, design processes, and tangible outcomes
• Ability to think strategically while actively engaging in detailed execution to ensure top-notch design quality, impact, and scalability
• Proficiency in interaction design, possessing a keen understanding of micro-interactions and motion to enhance usability and create engaging experiences
• Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools, with strong skills in visual, interaction, and system thinking
• Deep knowledge of UX/UI best practices, encompassing information architecture, navigation, responsive design, accessibility (A11Y), and responsive design patterns
• Demonstrated use of data and user research to comprehend user needs, gather insights, and justify design decisions
• Collaborative mindset, offering constructive feedback and design critique to elevate team output
• Thrives in ambiguous situations, utilizing exploration, prototyping, and iteration to bring clarity and progress
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues into compelling narratives that align teams and drive confident decision-making
• Must be based in one of our hiring countries (UK, DE, ES, IE, DK, NL) and possess the legal right to work there (visa sponsorship not available)
• Annual salary range of £90K–£95K / €85K–€105K (depending on experience and location)
