Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience across various products

• Transform initial sketches into high-fidelity prototypes, guiding the development process to bring designs to fruition

• Prioritize simplicity, accessibility, and user-centered design in all decision-making processes

• Engage in user research to gather valuable insights that inform data-driven design decisions

• Lead the design of Alchemy’s developer dashboard, optimizing it as the central hub for project management, usage tracking, and product exploration

• Develop onboarding and activation flows that enhance developer engagement and ease of use

• Design experiences that cater to both individual developers and large enterprise teams, focusing on clarity and trust

• Shape the holistic developer journey by integrating dashboard, documentation, and resources into a cohesive experience

• Experiment and prototype new concepts in developer experience, ranging from personalized insights to innovative dashboard interactions

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 6 - 10+ years of proven experience in product design within dynamic, cross-functional environments

• Proficient in Figma, interaction design, and visual design principles

• Demonstrated passion for Crypto/Web3 with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation within the field

• Ability to simplify complexity and solve design challenges in impactful ways

• Take ownership of projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality design outcomes
