• Lead the Design team at Caribou by guiding Product Designers and collaborating with various stakeholders including Brand, Marketing, Sales, and Lender teams.
• Define the structure, usability, and functionality of digital experiences throughout the customer journey.
• Conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations that drive design choices.
• Utilize design thinking and frameworks to innovate, solve customer issues, and impact business results.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate and validate design concepts.
• Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and behavioral insights to enhance conversion rates.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders through storytelling and data analysis.
• Monitor post-launch performance and make improvements based on user feedback and KPIs.
• Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in AI.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in UX design.
• Strong interest in tools, automation, and AI.
• Deep knowledge of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing impactful eCommerce experiences at a large scale.
• Organized, inquisitive, and collaborative with the ability to excel in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to expand knowledge.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven capability to influence cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Experience in establishing and scaling design processes in agile, fast-paced environments.
