• Take full ownership of a product area from start to finish: identifying opportunities, framing problems, setting design direction, and delivering results as a collaborative partner to Product and Engineering teams
• Create intricate, multi-step product flows that cater to various user types, balancing the needs of creators with member experiences while ensuring complex behaviors are presented in a simple manner
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas using AI-assisted tools and code-generation workflows to bring testable concepts to life efficiently
• Influence product strategy beyond your immediate responsibilities by contributing to roadmap discussions, identifying overlooked opportunities, and connecting various aspects of the product
• Uphold high design standards in your area, focusing on interaction design, visual quality, and attention to detail that elevates the overall product experience
• Collaborate closely with engineers and design engineers to transform concepts into functional, polished experiences rather than merely handing off specifications
• Elevate the design team's overall quality through constructive feedback, shared frameworks, and the excellence of your own work
• Strong alignment with company values, which can be found on the career page if not already familiar
• Proficiency in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5 in spoken, written, and reading skills
• 5–7+ years of experience in product design, showcasing systems-level thinking, successful product launches, complex user flows, and a track record of influencing product direction
• Experience as a senior designer in a product area, demonstrating the ability to set direction, make informed decisions, and take ownership of outcomes independently
• Proficiency in prototyping, with a preference for familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable
• Strong skills in Figma for high-fidelity design and collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas, influence decisions, and align teams effectively in a distributed work environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to iterate to build conviction, rather than waiting for perfect requirements
• Active engagement with AI tools in the design process, demonstrating a concrete understanding of their integration
