📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing new products and feature updates, transforming complex issues and emerging opportunities into clear, ready-to-launch experiences

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Growth teams to brainstorm ideas, establish direction, and introduce products that can cater to a large user base

• Conduct discovery work to assist teams in identifying the right problems to address, framing opportunities, validating assumptions, and shaping product strategies early on

• Provide design direction for new projects that have the potential to become significant product offerings

• Create experiences that prioritize speed, clarity, and trust, especially during crucial financial decision-making moments for users

• Work on product strategy in conjunction with Product and Engineering teams, contributing to objectives, success metrics, roadmaps, and sprint commitments

• Develop clear design narratives that facilitate alignment among cross-functional teams, aid in making decisions, and propel progress confidently

• Offer mentorship and design guidance to other team members, elevating the quality of early-stage ideation and execution


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product design within fintech or other large-scale consumer product environments

• Proven track record of taking products or major features from concept to launch successfully

• Portfolio showcasing innovative thinking, strong design skills, and the ability to refine ideas over time

• Expertise in mobile app design with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and practical UX considerations

• Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with Product, Engineering, Research, and other cross-functional teams
