Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead: Transform objectives into UX strategies and chart the course ahead.

• Uncover needs: Conduct research to unveil user and customer insights within pilot programs.

• Craft experiences: Develop personas, plot journeys, design flows, and create prototypes.

• Prototype & Validate: Swiftly build, test, and refine prototypes with users and clients.

• Embrace entrepreneurial mindset: Think innovatively, take charge, and steer product triumph.

• Remain current & tech-savvy: Seek out and incorporate new UX techniques and AI-driven tools.

• Onboarding and initial 90-day objectives: Familiarize with EGYM ecosystem, visit client locations, present UX research & design blueprint, conduct testing cycles, and lead end-to-end UX sprint.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in UX/UI and UX research; experience in both startup and corporate settings; strong sense of ownership and track record of achieving outcomes; blend of strategic vision and hands-on implementation; thrives in collaborative environments with ambiguity; wide-ranging UX proficiency (qualitative & quantitative research, personas, journey mapping, UI design, prototyping); proactive and self-motivated; proficient in technical tools (Figma, Miro, Maze, Condense or similar); enthusiasm for AI in UX; willingness to travel frequently (monthly, up to 25%) to US pilot locations; valid passport; fluent in English (verbal & written); bonus: interest in health, fitness, or behavioral science.
