📋 Description

• Lead the conceptualization and design of scalable, modular product experiences that seamlessly integrate with platform architecture to enhance critical cybersecurity workflows.

• Spearhead the incorporation of intelligent automation and generative AI into user interfaces to significantly enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making speed.

• Translate intricate, technical cybersecurity data into user-friendly interfaces that facilitate effective investigation, analysis, and response.

• Collaborate closely with research teams to analyze qualitative and quantitative insights, ensuring all design choices are data-driven.

• Advocate for Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) to develop reusable components and efficient workflows in alignment with core platform elements.

• Oversee the advancement of the design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and adaptability across all products.

• Utilize customer insights, behavioral analytics, and metrics to prioritize roadmap initiatives and evaluate the measurable impact of design solutions.

• Work alongside engineering partners to guarantee the thoughtful, consistent, and scalable implementation of product features.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in product or UX design, particularly in complex SaaS enterprise, data-driven, and platform settings. Experience in the Cybersecurity sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Proven experience in designing intelligent interfaces and automation-focused user experiences.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including machine learning, data science, and platform engineering.

• Strong collaboration skills to align design outcomes with core business and user objectives by partnering strategically with product, engineering, and research teams.

• Proficiency in Figma, with hands-on experience in developing and utilizing design systems.

• Familiarity with or a keen interest in Object-Oriented UX (OOUX), advanced information architecture, and data modeling principles.

• Capability to establish, monitor, and analyze success metrics to assess the tangible impact and efficiency of design solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities, with a track record of influencing and aligning diverse senior-level stakeholders.
