Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• We are seeking a Lead Product Designer who is enthusiastic about creating user-friendly and visually appealing products.

• You will report to our CEO, Art Agrawal, and be a key member of our foundational design team, influencing the experience of millions of users.

• Join our tight-knit design team (currently 3 designers, growing to 6 soon) and collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers to drive the design process.

• The ideal candidate is passionate about user experience, paying attention to detail to craft beautiful and intuitive products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a visual designer, UX/interaction designer, or similar role

• Background in working on consumer-facing mobile or web applications

• Proficiency in UX and user-centric design methodologies

• Skilled in creating screen flows, prototypes, layout patterns, and information architecture

• Proficient in Figma and knowledgeable about platform-specific design guidelines

• Understanding of layout patterns, UI elements, and navigation principles
