📋 Description

• Lead the product design function, taking full ownership of the design process, ensuring consistency from concept to execution in all product development stages. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, legal, and marketing, to ensure alignment and flawless execution. Influence senior stakeholders to prioritize velocity and impact.

• Develop service-driven, user-centric experiences by adopting a systems thinking approach, optimizing functionality, and enhancing engagement throughout the customer journey.

• Shape and drive the long-term design strategy, aligning design decisions with broader business objectives. Guide the product roadmap by breaking down features into manageable iterations, balancing delivery speed with design quality and meeting customer needs and business value.

• Utilize data-driven insights and user research to enhance design decisions continuously. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors.

• Own and scale Odin’s design system to ensure consistency across the product and embed it within the real product, reporting to Mary, one of the Founders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Deep passion for Product and UX/UI Design, committed to creating impactful user experiences.

• Proven 5+ years of experience as a Senior Designer or higher, leading UX/UI projects in 0>1 or early-stage product development.

• Versatile design background with experience in various environments, demonstrating adaptability and a broad design perspective.

• Leadership experience managing the full design lifecycle and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication skills to advocate for designs throughout the process.

• Hands-on experience in designing for responsive web applications and proficient in prototyping, research, and Figma.

• Strategic and data-driven mindset with numerical literacy and attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy in designs.
