📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire design process, from researching and analyzing user needs to designing and implementing UX/UI solutions.

• Utilize a comprehensive, systemic approach to tackle complex product challenges, drawing on deep customer understanding to create engaging user experiences.

• Develop and iterate on essential design elements like user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that clearly convey design concepts.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other team members to drive design execution and incorporate feedback from user testing and data analysis effectively.

• Create user-friendly interfaces and advanced data visualizations while prioritizing accessibility standards, particularly WCAG compliance.

• Conduct both generative and evaluative user research, translating data insights into actionable design enhancements.

• Engage actively in design discussions, offering valuable input during critiques, reviews, and brainstorming sessions.

• Lead the development and adoption of an internal design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product platform.

• Participate in essential design meetings and activities to contribute to the overall design strategy and execution.

• Thrive in a remote work setting, maintaining effective collaboration with distributed teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Showcase a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design projects and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrate expertise in UX/UI Design, including proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools.

• Show proficiency in User Research, including familiarity with various research methods and analytics.

• Have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in software product design, preferably in a data-driven environment.

• Be proactive, ambitious, and adept at managing time and resources effectively.

• Articulate design work and rationale clearly and persuasively to colleagues and cross-functional teams.

• Include a link to your Portfolio in your resume.

• Experience working with Agile development teams.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Located in the Americas, preferably in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zone.

• A graduate degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in the AgTech industry is beneficial.
