Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of designing end-to-end features for Proof's business products

• Create wireframes, designs, and prototypes for significant features using Figma

• Lead cross-functional discussions with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders

• Develop compelling north star visions to align the team

• Address user pain points while meeting business objectives

• Conduct UX research and customer calls

• Contribute to and lead UX-specific initiatives

• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on customer-facing assets

• Set a strong example for the design team

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years experience in product design

• Proficient in product design from concept to final visual designs

• Strong background in designing complex B2B products

• Experience in developing new products from inception to launch

• Ability to balance UX complexities with intuitive UI design

• Skilled in designing for diverse user types within a single ecosystem

• Adaptable to changing business needs

• Understanding of accessibility principles in designs

• Experience contributing to design systems

• Excellent storytelling abilities
