• Manage and enhance the design system to maintain cleanliness, consistency, and usability.
• Strike a balance between speed and thoughtfulness, driving incremental improvements towards elegant long-term solutions.
• Have a keen eye for delivering simple, usable, and visually appealing product experiences with perfectionism.
• Hold the team accountable for delivering beautiful user experiences with attention to detail.
• Demonstrate experience in shipping real product design work rather than just showcasing portfolios.
• Proficient in designing for complex systems, operational tools, and real-world dashboards.
• Skilled in crafting copy, flows, typography, and layout to shape user experiences effectively.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with autonomy and responsibility.
• Show interest in buildings, HVAC systems, and understanding how tools are used by real users.
