Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for the user experience in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams

• Organize workshops, critiques, and working sessions to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and decision-making

• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to shape problem-solving, success metrics, and project scope

• Create user-friendly designs including flows, interaction models, prototypes, and UI elements

• Transform real-world constraints into consumer-friendly experiences that inspire trust

• Conduct and guide research activities, synthesize data, and drive actionable decisions

• Manage and enhance design systems, patterns, and accessibility standards

• Mentor designers to enhance their skills and maintain design consistency

• Lead a forward-thinking design practice leveraging AI tools to streamline design processes

• Minimum of 7 years experience in digital product design at a technology or product-focused company

• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in simplifying complex information through strong information architecture and content organization

• Proficiency in interaction design, visual design, and design system implementation at scale

• Experience integrating AI into design processes effectively

• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders

• Strong facilitation skills to drive clarity and decision-making in collaborative settings

• Skill in combining qualitative and quantitative research to prioritize and measure impact

• Capability to balance long-term vision with iterative project delivery

• Dedication to accessibility and inclusive design principles

• Excellent communication skills to explain trade-offs, document decisions, and drive consensus
