Lead Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design for our expanding range of customer-facing applications and platforms

• Drive user engagement, conversion rates, and customer retention throughout our platform

• Develop design methodologies and systems for various products

• Implement workflows utilizing AI for efficient ideation, component creation, and design validation

• Recruit, nurture, and oversee a growing team of product designers to ensure skill enhancement and career advancement

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of product design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for design teams or functions

• Proficiency in designing for complex product ecosystems or suites

• Strong grasp of designing for both business users and end consumers

• Demonstrated ability to establish and expand design systems across various products

• Track record of recruiting, developing, and expanding highly effective design teams

• Advanced skills in Figma, including experience with component libraries and design systems

• Familiarity with or willingness to quickly adopt AI design tools for enhanced workflows

• Experience in conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis
