• Position Summary: Seeking a Lead Product Designer to enhance the quality, innovation, and impact of digital products; collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams; utilize cutting-edge tools like AI-assisted design and development.
• Minimum of 5 years designing and launching consumer-facing web and/or mobile products, with some experience in Ad Tech
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating excellent UX/UI skills across various platforms, including designing ad tooling or enterprise-level workflows
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and other modern design/prototyping tools, along with integrating AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and results
• Understanding of coding concepts or collaborating with developers using tools like Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools
• Extensive experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems for multi-channel platforms
• Ability to translate research insights and analytics into impactful design solutions
• Comfortable thriving in fast-paced environments, balancing long-term vision with immediate needs
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a clear articulation of design rationale
• Innovative thinker unafraid to challenge norms and advocate for creativity
• Direct involvement in designing advertising platforms, campaign management tools, or related ad-tech products
