• Oversee the end-to-end quality of UX/UI throughout the value chain
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of 4–5 designers (UX, UI, Research)
• Establish and uphold design standards, systems, and frameworks consistently
• Collaborate closely with Group Product Managers to integrate UX into roadmap planning and delivery
• Implement design reviews, planning, and discovery processes across all product teams
• Ensure a unified, user-friendly experience across all products
• Translate UX quality into tangible business and product outcomes
• 5–8 years of experience in Product Design / UX, with leadership experience in a SaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to scale UX in complex product organizations
• Proficient in systems thinking, design systems, end-to-end journey design, and tools
• Strong persuasion and influencing skills when collaborating with stakeholders
• Experience leading design teams in cross-functional environments
• Ability to establish clear quality standards and articulate the impact of good design
