• Take ownership of the complete design process for OpenServ products, serving as the design authority in discussions.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of UX design throughout the product range.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify challenges and transform them into user-focused, elegant solutions.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure design decisions are rooted in genuine user requirements.
• Develop comprehensive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs.
• Enhance the design system to maintain consistency as the company grows.
• Promote design thinking company-wide and influence stakeholders in a non-design-centric environment.
• Strike a balance between long-term vision and agile delivery, knowing when to broaden perspectives and when to deliver results.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/product design, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing product-oriented thinking, strong UX skills, and refined visual design.
• Ability to excel in uncertain situations and create organizational frameworks.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive discovery, usability research, and testing.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence founders, Product Managers, and engineers.
• Proficient in Figma (extra points for managing multi-product files).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, practical approach and a willingness to dive into tasks.
• Desirable: Experience in AI, Web3, or other emerging technologies; background in startups/scale-ups; familiarity with rapid prototyping tools; understanding of front-end limitations (HTML/CSS, React); interest in brand design and storytelling.
