🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Senior profile with several years of relevant experience in UX/UI design, product design, and team leadership.

• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong ability to listen, and capacity to draw inspiration from diverse sources. Must have a positive mindset, be energised, and inspire motivation within the team.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of UX/UI and front-end professionals, fostering collaboration and alignment with company goals.
