📋 Description

• Take the lead in the creation of visually appealing and user-friendly websites, guiding the design process from concept to launch.

• Utilize user data, heatmaps, and website analytics to make informed design choices that enhance user experiences and drive conversions.

• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively convey design concepts.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into engaging user experiences.

• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of web designs.

• Mentor a junior designer, offering constructive feedback to support their professional growth.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs and enhance user experience.

• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.

• Have over 4 years of experience in web design, with a robust portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.

• Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Strong understanding of design systems, with experience in creating and maintaining component libraries in Figma.

• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.

• Experience with responsive design principles and a mobile-first approach.

• Proficient in data analysis, using insights to influence design decisions.

• Experience in the SaaS/Software industry is a bonus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
