📋 Description

• Lead a team of brand designers at various experience levels, providing guidance on strategic and creative direction while fostering growth through feedback

• Mentor team members to improve their creative skills and manage project priorities effectively

• Communicate with a calm and reliable leadership style to build team confidence and maintain a positive work environment

• Encourage experimentation, rapid ideation, and use of AI tools for impactful brand creative

• Ensure team members work autonomously, with senior designers leading project execution

• Translate marketing and brand direction into actionable design guidance for clarity and consistency

• Manage design decisions to align user needs with business goals for strategic outcomes

• Create scalable visual assets that support brand objectives using systems thinking

• Guide the execution of design solutions for marketing, digital, and campaign assets

• Work efficiently with design systems, templates, and guidelines for scalability and consistency

• Delegate complex projects into manageable tasks and collaborate with external creative partners when necessary

• Collaborate with brand and messaging design leaders to ensure consistent execution against priorities

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions with Messaging Design and GTM partners

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional creative experience, with 1-3+ years in a management role

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field

• Expertise in creating strategic concepts and campaigns, and organizing visual assets effectively

• Passion for end-to-end customer experience and integrating brand and product

• Skilled in storytelling and crafting cohesive narratives with complex assets

• Proficient in creative tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Notion

• Experience with AI tooling and user-centered design principles

• Ability to translate business objectives into customer-focused design solutions

• Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability to inspire cross-functional teams

• Proactive in improving processes and maximizing team efficiency
