• Implement Velocity Black’s design principles under the guidance of the content director.
• Establish a streamlined intake process for creative requests within the team.
• Collaborate with various teams throughout the organization to meet Velocity Black’s design requirements.
• Develop a collaborative model for the design team to engage with other departments.
• Lead a team of skilled designers to help them achieve their full potential.
• Take charge of design projects while also contributing hands-on to the work.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and act as the guardian of our brand identity.
• Generate creative ideas and provide art direction aligned with our strategic objectives and brand identity.
• Prepare presentations that effectively communicate concepts and showcase the team's work.
• Coordinate with external agencies on design strategy, production, and creative aspects.
• Manage briefs, production timelines, and asset delivery.
• Supervise a team of designers and oversee their workflow.
• Extensive design experience, preferably in Marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Ability to adapt and multitask effectively.
