⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, including 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Impressive portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, craftsmanship, and impact on mobile and web platforms.

• Proven track record of delivering intuitive and elegant user experiences on web and mobile platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale diverse, high-performing design teams with a growth mindset and a commitment to elevating others through feedback and coaching.

• Expertise in user-centered design processes, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.

• Proficient in using data and research to uncover user needs, shape strategies, and make informed product decisions.

• Experience in designing AI-powered features and understanding the balance between automation and human oversight.

• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, design systems, and scalable design practices.

• Ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
