📋 Description

• Manage a team of Product Designers

• Proactively identify obstacles, opportunities, and enhancements in the team's product domain

• Participate in decision-making across all project stages within your product domain, from planning to retro

• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive and shape product vision and strategy

• Define and enhance the user experience of vital customer journeys

• Foster the growth of team members through mentorship

• Establish Design processes for your team

• Organize and document multiple projects and team operations in writing

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of leading a team of 3+ designers

• Strong mentorship abilities, previous management experience preferred

• Experience in setting creative direction for consumer-facing web and mobile products

• Proficiency in UX thinking, visual design, and written communication

• Proficient in systems thinking and designing at scale

• Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, user researchers, and product teams

• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

• Experience conducting user research studies

• Team player with a collaborative and open-minded approach

• Passion for simplifying complexity and bringing order to uncertainty
