• Minimum 7 years in technical leadership roles managing teams and projects to shape strategic business direction.
• Experience in leading diverse teams and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven success in ASIC design within aerospace or semiconductor industries.
• Hands-on experience in ASIC design, Analog or Digital design, chip tape-out, and testing workflows.
• Knowledge of system modeling techniques and testing under various conditions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, statistical tools, and scripting software.
• Understanding of IR camera sensor design, components, applications, and customer needs.
• Familiarity with technical barriers to new technology adoption and product integration.
