Motion Design Team Lead

📋 Description

• Take charge of leading and overseeing the Motion Design team

• Translate briefs into compelling visuals for performance and marketing campaigns

• Provide guidance and motivation to team members, ensuring excellence across all projects

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative direction and strategies

• Establish efficient processes and workflows for project management

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in leading a Motion Design team with a strong portfolio showcasing motion design expertise

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Figma

• Familiarity with various media platforms and their design requirements, as well as Generative AI tools

• Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting

• Knowledge of Health & Fitness industry trends is advantageous

• Experience with automation tools is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluency in English (B2 +) and proficiency in Ukranian language is a plus
