• Supervise and guide a small team of UX and UI designers working on various products and domains, nurturing their development and collaboration.
• Actively contribute to significant design projects from inception to completion, while maintaining high standards for quality, usability, and scalability.
• Establish and maintain consistent UX and UI standards across the platform, encompassing interaction models, design systems, and accessibility criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Brand teams to harmonize user experiences on web and mobile platforms.
• Manage and enhance the design system and UX guidelines to ensure they are adaptable, inclusive, and developer-friendly.
• Coordinate user experience strategies across teams to create a seamless and user-friendly platform aligned with business objectives.
• Utilize research-driven insights from usability testing, product metrics, and customer feedback to make informed decisions.
• Foster a collaborative culture, encourage design critiques, and promote continuous learning with a focus on user-centered design principles.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management position, ideally in platform or SaaS settings.
• Portfolio showcasing expertise in scalable systems, product ecosystems, and design operations.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience in managing and scaling design systems.
• Familiarity with AI design tools and designing for AI applications.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with practical implementation, delivering incremental enhancements over time.
• Strong communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders effectively.
• Previous experience in dynamic startup environments, demonstrating a high level of ownership and adaptability.
