⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of UI design leadership experience in digital products, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or telehealth.

• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of UI design, including complex interfaces and engaging storytelling.

• Experience in creating visually striking and user-centric interfaces that drive engagement.

• Showcase projects with strong examples of user delight.

• Expertise in ecommerce, growth conversion, and simplifying complex topics for users.

• Ability to design interactive components, transitions, and animations that enhance user experience.

• Experience in user research and applying insights to design decisions.

• Passion for improving longevity and preventive healthcare.

• Proficiency in design systems architecture and building comprehensive component libraries.

• Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-functional design initiatives.

• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools for interactive prototypes.

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies for alignment with engineering.

• Desire to mentor and elevate design talent within the team.

• Experience in designing branded illustrations at scale is a plus.
