• Demonstrate expertise in crafting to enhance the creative standard across our platform applications
• Establish design direction and vision by creating cohesive and visually captivating designs

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in product design with a specialization in Enterprise SaaS
• Proficiency in visual design principles such as grids, layout, typography, color, and composition
• Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to confidently present and articulate design concepts
• Strong belief in the power of collaboration to enhance creativity
• Proven track record of coaching and mentoring fellow designers
• Familiarity with design systems and their implementation
• Proficient in Figma and prototyping software tools
