• Possess 12+ years of product design experience with a focus on complex systems, enterprise SaaS, or scalable design solutions.
• Display deep expertise in systems design thinking, extending scalable design models, patterns, and frameworks across organizational boundaries.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to drive user-centered outcomes using research, data insights, and design thinking.
• Employ exceptional storytelling and design skills to clarify complex topics when communicating with stakeholders.
• Have a solid understanding of visual design principles, including grids, layout, typography, and composition, to create visually engaging designs.
• Show experience collaborating with engineering teams to align design with architecture and enhance the user experience through technical decisions.
• Possess proficiency in design tools like Figma and prototyping software, enabling co-design and iteration with cross-functional teams.
• Exhibit excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills to influence senior stakeholders across product, engineering, and design.
• Demonstrate a track record of coaching and mentoring designers to elevate craft quality and cultivate a growth mindset.
• Be familiar with design systems and have experience contributing to their evolution and scaling within a complex organization.
• Bonus: Experience in Large Scale Enterprise SaaS companies with relevant Administration Experience.
