• Develop and enhance a long-term design strategy for the Atria experience, aligning with company objectives and product roadmap.
• Act as the primary design influencer in strategic discussions at all organizational levels.
• Promote a member-centric approach, ensuring top-notch craftsmanship, empathy, and meticulous attention to detail in all design choices.
• Lead the design of impactful projects from inception to launch across various platforms and touchpoints.
• Maintain design excellence surpassing typical healthcare standards to match the upscale, luxury experience at the Atria Institute.
• Advance Atria's design system to a top-tier standard, ensuring scalability and brand coherence across all member-facing products.
• Apply service design principles to bridge digital and physical member interactions.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to drive design decisions.
• Identify and incorporate emerging design, health tech, and consumer experience trends to enhance Atria's initiatives.
• Conduct UX research to validate concepts and drive measurable improvements in member satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and engineering peers to align design strategies with overarching goals.
• Foster alignment and influence among diverse stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor design KPIs linked to member engagement, retention, and satisfaction in partnership with product teams.
• Continuously refine the design process to enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
• Minimum of 10 years of design experience, with a focus on complex, consumer-centric digital strategies. Preferred experience in health tech, wellness, or similar engaging sectors (e.g., prior roles at companies like Whoop, Oura, Fitbit, Apple Health, Peloton Digital, etc.).
• Demonstrated history of delivering design solutions that drive business success and user satisfaction.
• Proficiency in user experience, visual design, and interaction design principles, supported by an outstanding design portfolio.
• Experience in developing long-term design visions and implementing design systems across multiple product domains.
• Strong empathy for users and the ability to translate their needs into personalized, elegant solutions.
• Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the capacity to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
