• Bolt is currently seeking a Principal Product Designer to contribute to our product strategy and ensure the excellence of every feature or product we deliver.

• The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of user needs, a drive to simplify complex challenges, and a proactive mindset.

• As a product designer at Bolt, you will not only design and execute projects from start to finish but also play a pivotal role in shaping product vision and strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in digital product design

• Proficient in Figma and modern design frameworks — Our team follows a design system approach and structures design files close to code.

• Proficient in Figma features/tools such as Auto Layout 4.0, Component Variants, Interactive Components, Design Tokens, and Component Libraries

• Experience with motion graphics and Lottie-like vector animations

• Experience in Fintech products like Cryptocurrency, Banking, E-Commerce, etc.

• Looking for a business-oriented product designer with strong visual design and user experience fundamentals

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work in ambiguous problem areas

• Comfortable transitioning between high-level vision thinking and hands-on design work

• Experience collaborating with product managers and contributing to team strategy and planning

• Excellent written and visual communication skills, capable of creating artifacts that clearly convey design decisions

• Ability to analyze and present data effectively to inform design research and recommendations to stakeholders

• Solid understanding of engineering basics, including web rendering, to effectively communicate with engineers and ensure successful design implementation
