• Minimum of 10 years in product/UX design with a proven track record of impactful contributions.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify and clarify complex domains, guiding teams towards effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in leading workshops, critiques, and design reviews with senior leaders.
• Portfolio showcasing comprehensive ownership of challenging product designs.
