• Responsibilities
• Contribute to strategic decision-making and product direction
• Lead design projects from start to finish, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders for successful implementation
• Propose and execute features and enhancements efficiently and effectively
• Develop flows, prototypes, and high-quality visuals for new features
• Assist in recruitment and fostering a design-focused culture within the organization
• Strong passion for design and solving UX/UI challenges
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating product design proficiency in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency in complex interaction design
• Ability to convey ideas through visuals and prototyping, preferably using Figma
• Experience with design systems and exceptional visual, UI, and interaction skills
