• Seeking a seasoned designer for a senior individual contributor position, adept at strategic problem-solving, product design execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Responsible for leading key initiatives, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to craft user-friendly and scalable experiences that meet client needs and business objectives.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Chief Product Officer and senior product leadership in shaping product strategy through design.
• Play a pivotal role in integrating AI into our product and improving internal design and development processes.
• Impact the client journey across all touchpoints, emphasizing systems thinking, user trust, and simplicity in intricate workflows.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in B2B or fintech sectors, with a track record of handling increasingly complex projects.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving strategic initiatives and influencing product direction within cross-functional teams.
• Profound expertise in UX/CX and interaction design, complemented by a keen eye for visual design.
• Strong ability to simplify complexity and design user-friendly solutions across various platforms and user interfaces.
• Proficiency in AI concepts, familiarity with design tools, and a clear vision on leveraging AI to enhance product UX/CX and workflow.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks and design system integration processes.
• Experience in working autonomously, navigating uncertainties, and aligning cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and engage stakeholders across different disciplines and organizational levels.
