• Lead the strategic design efforts for our Customer division, reporting directly to the Head of Product Design
• Develop and implement a mobile-first design strategy to enhance card acquisition and usage
• Establish and expand the user research function within the Cards team, implementing systems for continuous qualitative feedback and conducting ad-hoc research to drive product strategy and roadmaps
• Create end-to-end card experiences, including application flow and mobile and web card experiences across various devices
• Collaborate closely with Cards and Customer Experience squads, aligning designs with KPIs and business objectives
• Drive key business outcomes for a rapidly growing company and shape the design of crucial new products
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing customer-centric products
• Proven track record as a product designer in fintech or a similar fast-paced industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end product design, from research and ideation to final execution and launch
• Strategic mindset to translate business objectives into innovative and user-centered design solutions
• Expertise in mobile-first design and understanding of creating exceptional mobile experiences
• Strong collaborative leader who can build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with user research methods and a dedication to user-centered design principles
