• Develop and implement the vision and strategy for product design on our CRM platform, ensuring a high standard of quality for both web and mobile interfaces
• Drive the advancement of our design system by creating scalable patterns and components for various products
• Produce detailed specifications, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
• Mentor and provide guidance to fellow designers, fostering a culture of innovation and design excellence
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to shape product strategy and roadmap
• Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization
• Conduct design reviews and offer constructive feedback to enhance design quality
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, delivering top-tier user experiences for global pharmaceutical and biotech clients
• Minimum of 8 years of UX/UI design experience, with a focus on enterprise software for at least 3 years
• Strong visual design skills showcased in a robust portfolio encompassing web and mobile app design
• Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and design systems
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex enterprise products
• Thorough understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Experience in leading and mentoring design teams
• Expertise in interaction design, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Candidates from the West coast are preferred
