Principal Product Designer

📋 Description

• Create digital experiences for web, iOS, Android, and various media platforms

• Advocate for customer needs while balancing usability, innovation, and delight in designs

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and fellow designers to shape immersive experiences

• Design service and information architecture for automation-driven experiences

• Lead design activities including problem-solving, prototyping, and user testing

• Test and evaluate ideas to enhance customer experiences

• Establish interaction models and UI patterns that scale effectively

• Present design work, gather feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Manage multiple projects independently and deliver high-quality work on schedule

• Ensure design consistency and excellence by collaborating with other designers

• Mentor others and contribute to the development of design practices in emerging media

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, or design lead

• Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling abilities

• Track record of taking products from concept to launch

• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate high agency

• Experience with emerging technologies and creating innovative customer experiences

• Knowledge of spatial and immersive design concepts (3D/AR/VR experience preferred)

• Proficiency in identifying customer insights through research and discovery

• Experience developing design strategies to solve customer and business challenges

• Proficient in human-centered design principles and crafting impactful products

• Portfolio showcasing complex, system-driven, or media-rich experiences

• Demonstrated creativity, critical thinking, and risk-taking in design projects

• Expertise in interaction and visual design with familiarity in design tools like Figma and Protopie

• Experience with Unity, WebGL, or ARKit is a bonus

• Submission of portfolio and resume required
