• Seeking an experienced and forward-thinking product designer with a passion for driving innovation in Marketing, AI, and data fields.

• The Principal Product Designer (PPD) will spearhead the design of groundbreaking concepts that will influence the future of the Marketing Hub roadmap.

• Focus on concept prototyping, collaborating closely with PM and Engineering teams to develop proof-of-concept experiences and inspire long-term product strategy.

• Help establish a new product methodology that empowers marketers in innovative ways.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have experience designing 0-1 products or net-new systems within fast-paced organizations.

• Proven track record in designing AI-based interactions and workflows.

• Strong expertise in interaction design, visual design, and simplifying complexity into clarity.

• Proficient in prototyping tools like Figma, Framer, or custom-coded environments.

• Knowledge of marketing workflows, tools, and B2B user personas.

• Familiarity with user-centered design principles and validation research techniques.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and a mindset geared towards experimentation and iteration.

• Must be located in Ireland or the UK.
