• Create a new product methodology that empowers marketers with modern and intelligent tools.
• Tackle broad, ambiguous problems, deliver solutions that meet user needs, and drive long-term goals.
• Partner with PM and Engineering to define and evolve the product and design vision for a new marketing platform.
• Explore bold ideas through high-fidelity prototypes and AI-centered design, focusing on value and usability.
• Validate concepts with real users through research and collaborate across functions to align design direction with business strategy.
• Ensure scalable and consistent designs that contribute to the evolution of HubSpot's design system.
• Support other designers through mentorship and leadership to raise the quality of design across the team.
• Design experience in fast-moving organizations, particularly in AI-based interactions and workflows.
• Strong interaction design expertise, visual design skills, and proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma and Framer.
• Knowledge of marketing workflows, tools, and user personas, especially in the B2B space.
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and validation research techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Comfort with ambiguity, focused on experimentation and iteration.
• Located in Ireland or the UK.
