• As a Principal Product Designer (PPD), you will spearhead the design of groundbreaking concepts that will shape the future of the Marketing Hub roadmap. Focus on concept prototyping, collaborating closely with PM and Engineering partners to develop proof-of-concept experiences and inspire long-term product strategy.

• This role requires expertise in AI design paradigms and interaction design and a dedication to delivering top-notch user experiences. Contribute to establishing a new product methodology that empowers marketers in innovative ways.

• Open to candidates in Ireland or the UK, offering flexibility to work in office, hybrid, or remote from these locations.

• Experience designing 0-1 products or net-new systems within fast-paced organizations.

• Proven track record in designing AI-based interactions and workflows.

• Profound expertise in interaction design, complemented by strong visual design skills that simplify complexity into clarity.

• Strong prototyping skills in tools like Figma, Framer, or custom-coded environments.

• Knowledge of marketing workflows, tools, and user personas—particularly in the B2B sector.

• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and validation research techniques.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a mindset focused on experimentation and iteration.
