Principal Product Designer / Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire product development process, leading the way in AI-driven workflows while emphasizing the importance of human creativity

• Directly report to the Head of Design, with the authority to influence integrated product teams

• Drive significant business results by balancing user requirements, business goals, and technical limitations on both hardware and software platforms

• Conduct research activities including user studies, market evaluations, and competitive analysis

• Define key performance indicators that cover the entirety of the product journey

• Collaborate with engineering, business, and executive teams to ensure alignment in product and design strategies; present ideas and reasoning confidently and clearly

• Oversee the complete design processes for major product features on web, mobile, and tablet interfaces

• Lead design workshops, sprints, and collaborative meetings involving various stakeholders

• Foster strong relationships across different functions to ensure the feasibility of projects without sacrificing the vision

• Advocate for user-centric design principles while utilizing AI tools to improve design workflows

• Uphold design standards and actively contribute to the design system to maintain consistency and quality

• Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure high-quality product design

• Promote user-centered design methodologies and best practices


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 8-12 years of experience in hybrid product design and product management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating work across various platforms

• Have a deep understanding of AI/ML capabilities and their impact on product development processes

• Display a strong sense of ownership, care, and autonomy in decision-making

• Proficient in modern design tools and prototyping techniques

• Strong analytical skills with a background in data-driven decision-making

• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at providing clarity in complex, undefined situations

• Apply a systems thinking approach to product ecosystems

• Must be authorized to work in the US
